You turn the key and get nothing -- or maybe just a weak clicking sound. That's a dead battery. It's one of the most common roadside problems, and usually the fastest to fix. We show up, hook up our booster pack, and get your engine running again. The whole thing takes a few minutes.
What If the Battery Won't Hold a Charge?
Sometimes a boost is all you need -- you left your lights on, or the cold got to it overnight. But if the battery is truly done and won't stay charged, a jump start is just a temporary fix. In that case, we can tow your vehicle to a shop or parts store so you can get a replacement. We'll let you know what we think when we get there.
Common Signs of a Dead Battery
- Engine won't crank or cranks very slowly
- Clicking sound when you turn the key
- Dashboard lights are dim or won't turn on
- Interior lights left on overnight
