We started in 2019 with one truck and a simple promise: when you call, we answer. Today we run a small fleet of wreckers, flat decks, and a heavy-deck rig for the bigger jobs — and that promise hasn't changed. The phone is answered live, every hour, every day.

Mission is usually 20–30 minutes from your call to our truck on scene. Abbotsford and Maple Ridge typically 30–45. Hope and Harrison are 45–60+ depending on weather. For off-road or FSR recoveries, we'll give you a real ETA on the phone — those routes vary a lot. Either way, we answer the phone live, not voicemail.
Yes — every hour, every day of the year. The phone is answered live, not by voicemail. Christmas morning, 3 a.m. Tuesday, holiday Monday — there's always a driver on call.
If you're somewhere safe (parking lot, residential street), stay with your vehicle. If you're on a highway shoulder, get out and stand well back from traffic — behind the guardrail if there is one. Put your hazards on and have your ID handy. We'll call you when we're a few minutes out.
Yes — we bill ICBC directly, so you pay nothing out-of-pocket. After a collision we'll tow your vehicle to our secure yard while you file your claim with ICBC. Once you've got your claim number, send it to us and we'll coordinate with ICBC and the body shop to move your vehicle on from there.
A standard in-town tow under 5 km in Mission is $147 including tax — that's our flat rate, and it covers AWD vehicles too. Lockouts and battery boosts are $81 with tax. Beyond a basic local tow, prices depend on distance, vehicle, and the situation, so we'll quote you on the phone before we hook up. No surprise charges.
