Lake Errock sits right on the Lougheed Highway about twenty-five minutes east of our Mission shop, between Deroche and Harrison Mills. We run this stretch of Highway 7 constantly on calls out to Harrison, so a breakdown at the lake isn't a special trip for us — it's a road we're on most weeks anyway.
The highway rides close to the water here, with narrow shoulders and not many safe places to pull off. If your vehicle dies on this stretch, get it as far off the travel lane as you can, put your hazards on, and call us. We'd rather talk you through a safe spot to wait than have you standing next to traffic.
Summer Traffic, Boats & Trailers
On summer weekends this piece of Highway 7 fills up with campers and boat trailers headed for Harrison and the lake itself. A breakdown with a trailer behind you is a different job than a car on its own — tell us what you're pulling when you call, and we'll send the right truck the first time.
