2 PM or 2 AM, it's the same number and the same answer: a real person picks up and a driver heads your way. No machine, no callback queue, no "we'll get to it in the morning." If your vehicle has quit on you, call and we'll tell you who's coming and roughly how long.
We're based in Mission, so in-town calls are usually 20–30 minutes from your call to a truck on scene. Abbotsford and Maple Ridge run a little longer; Hope and Harrison longer still, depending on weather and the highway. Whatever the distance, you'll get an honest ETA on the phone instead of guessing on the shoulder.
We send the right truck for the job — a wheel-lift or flat deck for most cars and trucks, the heavy deck for the big stuff — so we're not showing up undergunned and making a second trip.
We're an authorized BCAA vendor and Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance contractor too. If you've got BCAA or Canadian Tire Roadside coverage, call them and they may dispatch us directly.
