Lougheed Highway through Mission is one of the busier collision corridors in the Fraser Valley — narrow shoulders, busy intersections, and steady commuter, commercial, and out-of-town traffic. Most weeks we're called to crashes at Murray and Lougheed, the Murray Street overpass, and Cedar/Lougheed.
Common situations in Mission
Intersection collisions along Lougheed — Murray, Cedar, and the surrounding mainline. We handle scene cleanup, fluid containment, and safe removal even when the vehicle won't roll. Highway 11 / Mission bridge incidents — the connector to Abbotsford sees its share of merge and lane-change crashes. Cedar Valley slide-offs — winter ice and the grade catch out winter-tire stragglers every year. Parking lot impacts — bumper hits that need a flatbed for damaged AWD or lowered vehicles.
What happens when you call
Tell us your location and your ICBC claim number if you have one (don't worry if you don't — we can still proceed). We dispatch from our Glasgow Avenue yard. On scene, we contain any fluids, load safely, and transport to your chosen body shop, an ICBC facility, or our secure yard while you sort out the claim.
Pricing & ICBC
We bill ICBC directly for collision tows — you don't pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement. If your accident is non-ICBC (private property, single-vehicle off-claim, etc.) we'll quote you on the phone before we roll. Our in-town flat rate of $147 incl. tax applies for non-ICBC tows under 5km on standard vehicles.
Response & coverage
From our Glasgow Avenue yard, most Mission scenes are 10-15 minutes away. We cover the full Mission service area including Hatzic, Silverdale, and Cedar Valley, plus the connector to Abbotsford and the corridor east toward Dewdney.
